Scoping and technical choices
Analysis of the needs and of the existing system, choice of frameworks and hosting, a reasoned estimate before development starts.
Sébastien Mizrahi supports companies all over France with their Python projects: scoping, architecture, code audits and development. Assignments are carried out remotely, with trips on site when they help.
Whether your team is in Paris, Nantes, Bordeaux, Toulouse or Lille, a Python assignment works very well remotely: regular video calls, access to your Git repository, discussions in your tracking tools. For a kick-off workshop or a results presentation, I come to you.
I am based in Chaponost, next to Lyon. For companies in the Lyon metropolitan area and Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, on-site meetings are easy to arrange.
My advice does not stop at a report. I can write the code, review the team's code and document the decisions so that they remain understandable after the assignment.

Reading the code base, technical debt, security, tests and performance, then a prioritised action plan.
Feature development, code reviews, setting up tests and continuous integration alongside your developers.
Feasibility study, choice of models, RAG and agents, while keeping control of your data.
Architecture proposal, technical studies and a POC of a MAPI server, then development of the calendar, the contacts and an asynchronous agent: a Python/Flask API on Kubernetes, with tasks handed to Celery.

Yes. Assignments are mostly remote (video calls, shared Git repository, the team's tracking tools), with occasional trips on site. I am based in Chaponost, next to Lyon.
My indicative rate is €68 per hour. For a well-defined assignment (audit, design, prototype), I draw up a fixed-price quote after a first analysis of the needs, so that the cost is known before we start.
We start with a conversation about the needs and the context, then I propose an approach and an estimate. Once the assignment is under way, I work in your tools (Git repository, ticket tracking, messaging) with regular check-ins.
