Code is life, but I also care a great deal about design, communication and creativity.
Software architecture, C++ and Python, artificial intelligence, web, mobile and project management: the skills put to work on medical software, telecom services and AI platforms.
Sébastien Mizrahi is a senior software architect and freelance Python / C++ expert in Lyon (Chaponost), working in software since 2006.
Certified in Python (PCEP, PCAP), C++ (CPE, CPA), Linux (Cisco Linux 1) and TensorFlow Developer, he works on site or remotely, from architecture design to production.
Designing the architecture of a business application, building it and seeing it through to production: that is the core business of Le Programmeur. Technical choices are argued, documented and checked by automated tests.
In 2018, for SoftAtHome, a software publisher dedicated to the digital home, I built a speed test server in C++ as a module of the Apache web server (multi-socket, IPC handled by a Redis database).
From 2020 to 2022, at Keranova, I developed in C++, to the IEC 62304 standard, features of a laser cataract surgery robot: calibration software, embedded development, OCT and phaco integration.
From 2024 to 2026, for the rebuild of SOGo 6 at Alinto, I proposed the architecture, led the technical studies and the POC of a MAPI server, then developed the calendar, the contacts and an asynchronous agent: Python services on Kubernetes, with tasks handed to Celery.
Since 2011, I have also been developing Smarties.io, a complete, open source home automation hub (Node.js, React.js interface, Swift app).
Detailed Python expertise (backend, AI and LLMs, architecture) on developpeur-python.com (in French).
Sébastien Mizrahi holds the TensorFlow Developer certification awarded by DeepLearning.AI. It covers the advanced tools and techniques of deep learning with the Keras and TensorFlow libraries, the industry standards for building artificial intelligence models.
This course covers three key areas: imaging (image classification with convolutional neural networks), natural language processing (understanding and generating text) and time series forecasting.
Since 2025, I have been in charge of the architecture and development of Alfred, a multi-client AI chatbot platform: LLM routing with LiteLLM, local RAG, actions through Python/HTTP hooks, MCP and n8n, web, Telegram and WhatsApp channels, local voice. Privacy is a design principle.
In 2026, as co-founder and technical architect of GEOFast, a GEO audit SaaS, I designed a Python/Flask application driven by an LLM workflow, with continuous integration and deployment. From 2024 to 2026, I was also AI developer for Immersive Book, an AI-augmented bookmark (Python, Node.js).
Le Programmeur builds showcase and e-commerce websites to grow a business's visibility online. Design, responsive design and animations take care of the user experience: the site works just as well on a computer as on a tablet or smartphone.
Progressive web apps (PWAs) are another option: websites designed to be installed on a phone like an app.
On the server side, I migrated One Hour Escape Game's hosting to a new Docker architecture and added new payment methods to its website.
For search engine optimisation (SEO), I work with Emanuelle Brusacoram, my partner, who runs L'Emarketing aux Petits Oignons and is an authority in Search.
Le Programmeur builds native mobile apps for iOS and Android, handles their release on the App Store and Google Play, then looks after their maintenance and updates.
It all started in 2009 with Friend Locator, a geolocated mobile social network created as a personal project, which reached 60,000 active users.
In 2011, I was among the winners of the international Dynamic Enterprise Award for my work on the Groupama Toujours là app. A first for France.
At SQLI, a European digital services group, I was head of the mobile technical unit: supervising staff on internal projects and training the teams.
For 5 years, I worked on evolving EQualOne, a speed test and network quality analysis app whose SDK was integrated by major international mobile operators.
Sébastien Mizrahi has managed teams and projects for large corporate clients and written many functional specifications. He applies agile and kanban methods to run projects with energy and adaptability.
As quality assurance manager at SQLI, I helped project managers apply CMMI quality processes, to see every project through, even the riskiest.
In the biomedical field, I followed and mastered the IEC 62304 (CEI 62304) process, a very demanding safety standard for medical device software.
I took part in organising large, international projects: NXP Semiconductors in Nijmegen (800 man-days), Sanofi Pasteur in Lyon. I helped manage the V3D mobile team in 2014 and organise the Keranova software team in 2021.
Code is life, but I also care a great deal about design, communication and creativity.
I am genuinely passionate about my job and about computing in general, and I also write code for fun. I like to automate everything at home: home automation is my hobby.
Project manager, quality assurance manager, biomedical software: these roles taught me that a successful project demands great rigour and method.
Software architecture and design (UML, specifications), C/C++ (including MISRA and IEC 62304 critical software), Python, Node.JS and Objective-C, artificial intelligence (Deep Learning with TensorFlow and Keras), websites and web applications, iOS and Android mobile apps, and project management. Yes: I hold the TensorFlow Developer certification from DeepLearning.AI. It covers convolutional neural networks, natural language processing and time series forecasting, among other topics.
The Python PCEP and PCAP, C++ CPE and CPA, and Cisco Linux 1 (LPIC-1 level) certifications. Le Programmeur is also an approved provider for the Innovation Tax Credit (Crédit d'Impôt Innovation, CII).
